What you get

A website made from the draft you saw, with the changes you ask for, and all its files, yours to keep. Add-ons are extra and only if you ask for them: hosting with us, changes later, setting up your web address, or an extra page.

Paying

$499 once for the site. Each add-on is $74: hosting with us is $74 a year, changes after we hand the site over are $74 an hour (we tell you how long a change will take before we start), setting up your web address is $74, and an extra page is $74. Those prices are in Canadian dollars, for businesses in Canada. For businesses in the US, prices are in US dollars: $399 for the site and $59 for each add-on. Payments go through Stripe. You only pay after you’ve seen your site and said yes.

Changes before we hand it over

We’ll make the changes you ask for before we hand the site over, in up to two rounds. A round is one list of changes from you.

Your web address

Your web address stays yours, registered in your name. If we set one up for you, we register it in your name; its yearly fee is paid to the company it’s registered with. If we put your site live, we only point your address at it, and we leave your email settings alone.

Who owns the site

You own your site once it’s paid for, and we hand you all its files.

Hosting

Hosting isn’t included: the site is yours to put wherever you like. Hosting with us is $74 a year (US$59), and we put the site live and keep it running.

Stopping hosting

You can stop hosting with us at any time by writing to us. Your site stays up for 30 days after that, and we send you its files.

Refunds

If you change your mind before we hand your site over, we refund you in full. Once it’s handed over, its price isn’t refunded. Hosting can be stopped at any time, as above.

Our name in your footer

Your site’s footer says “Website by Revamp This”. If you’d rather it didn’t, ask and we’ll take it off, at no charge.

Your words and photos

You confirm you have the right to use the words and photos on your site, and you let us publish them on it. If you’re not sure about a photo, tell us and we’ll replace it.
